The tiny bottles are shaped to look like champagne but come filled with good quality, no stain, bubble solution and a cleverly designed wand in the cap……. awwww, so sweet!!!

His lordship and I popped round to our dear friends’ Valda and Bill over at East Sussex for a visit the other day. Valda had wonderfully organized and booked a table at The Griffin Inn for dinner.

We thoroughly enjoyed a most delightful evening of great company, great food and above all, gorgeous wines!!! To start with, we had the homemade focaccia bread served with extra-virgin olive oil bottled by Planeta, Sicily as a pre-dinner nibble.

I had quails for my starter whilst everyone had the tempura courgette flowers filled with goat’s cheese, red pepper & tomato sauce (well… I had to be different!!! LOL). Both Bill and I chose the lamb for our mains, his lordship had the black bream and Valda decided to go for the cod.

It was a most delicious feast!! Then came puddings……. YUMMMMY!!!!!
